Buying and selling
Shale producer Ovintiv is purchasing oil and gas acreage in the Permian
Basin while offloading its Bakken assets.
Pipeline problems
Equitrans Midstream’s Mountain Valley Pipeline has again been blocked by a
court, with a West Virginia water permit being vacated.
Acreage sale
Tellurian has agreed to sell around 800 acres in Louisiana where it is building
its Driftwood LNG project to an unnamed institutional investor.
FEED contract
A KBR subsidiary has received a letter of intent from Equinor for the front-
end engineering design of the topside facilities for the Bay Du Nord project.
