13. Do you post listings on all the major listing websites? Do you have your own website?


              There is a lot more to marketing a house than putting up a for-sale sign on the lawn. In addition to MLS, on how many
              websites will your agent list your home? Where will he or she look for buyers? A good marketing plan can be what
              makes the difference between a speedy sale and a home that languishes on the market.










                14. Do you have a network of trusted service providers such as house cleaners, home repair specialists that can

                assist me in preparing a property for market?

                Experienced listing agents should, at a minimum, be able to recommend the following: a real estate attorney for

                trust fund or probate questions, a reliable mortgage advisor, handyman, home stager, house cleaners, and moving
                companies. All of these are benefits of working with a real estate agent with a network of professionals that agent
                has successfully recommended before.












               15. If I list with you, when the property goes into escrow, who meets with the appraiser?

               An agent should evaluate the comparable properties in order to price the list price before sale. Once it goes under
               contract with a buyer, the assigned appraiser should know what those comparable sales are to ensure a smooth pro-
