19. What sets you apart from other agents?
You can learn a lot from this question, because it’s really asking the real estate agent what services they offer that are
more valuable to you than what others are providing. You can also get a sense of how comfortable your agent is with
the level of service they provide – and how proud they are of their happy clients – you can get a feel for this just by the
way they answer. If they are experienced, they should have no problem answering these questions as they are common
occurrences during contract negotiations.
