               health  information  emphasizing  the  six
               dimensions  of  health:  physical,  emotional,
               environmental,  intellectual,  social,  and
               spiritual. It also includes the health and skill
               related  components  of  fitness,  stress
               management,     disease   prevention,   and
               prevention  of  alcohol,  tobacco,  and  drug
               abuse.  The  course  emphasizes  making
               positive lifestyle choices for optimal health
