The human body is truly incredible. To
deepen student understanding of the human
body Anatomy and Physiology is a year-
long course that investigates the human
body’s structure and its functions. The
course will examine the structure and
function of major body systems including
the skeletal, muscular, nervous, endocrine,
circulatory, lymphatic, integumentary,
digestive, respiratory, urinary and
reproductive systems. Disease, medical
technology, and current research will be
highlighted throughout the year. Dissections
are an integral part of the course.
