                Therefore, the audio-lingual method is applied for teaching

            speaking for them because in this method the class begins with


            the  instruction  from  the  teacher  and  all  they  need  to  do  is

            following on what the teacher gives them. From the explanation

            above it can be assumed that there is an interaction between the


            teaching  methods  and  the  students’  self-esteem  in  teaching
