There is a lot to think about when

selling your home. Your home might be

all good and ready to go but you might
not be.

This is a huge consideration

when thinking “Is now the right

time??”

Work location – check with your

company that they are not planning

to relocate. Some people have sold
up and moved for the sole reason to

have less of a commute, then the

company has moved to a new

premise 40km away.

Are your kids loving their school,

being close to their friends? Moving

can mean new school zones.

Again, this is a very personal

conversation to have but one to think

about.
