Grab a notepad and write down on the left side of the page
all the things that make you happy. On the right side of the
page, list down what makes you feel low. I stress again, be
honest with yourself. List everything that comes to mind.
Relationships, jobs, clothes, friendships, food etc. This is
all about you!
You will notice that all the things that you list on the left
are making you smile. You feel warm and fuzzy. It makes
you feel good, right?
The right hand side? You may feel despondent, angry, sad,
frustrated…it makes you feel wound up tight as a ball.
You’re not smiling and it’s not a very nice feeling at all,
right?
This is CLARITY. If you can’t be clear on the things that
make you feel wonderful and the things that make you feel
horrible, how can you make any kind of change in your life?
We are all meant to feel amazing and good, and it is every
human being’s right to discover what sparks joy in them so
they all live a life they are in love with!
