This exercise can be as little as ten minutes or as long as you like. I enjoy
                doing this for 30 minutes.


                Always finish your meditation with grounding yourself and giving thanks
                to Mother Earth.


                Feel the heaviness in your feet and, picture and feel your feet as though
                they are barefoot in luscious grass or rich soil.


                See yourself surrounded by trees and then slowly open your eyes.



                 The more you do this, the easier it becomes to stay in a space of a
                quietened mind and you will more easily connect with your soul. Your
                authentic self.
