Exercise 6: Conditions that Lead to Conflict or Trust
Instructions: This activity is designed to help you locate the
conditions in any organization that help or hinder the growth of trust,
and identify those conditions that apply to your specific organization.
By completing this activity, you should be able to assess the trust
level in your organization and help bring about a higher level of
trusting others and cooperating more fully in organizational tasks.
