               Communication

Leadership is a dialogue, not a monologue. James M. Kouzes and Barry
                       Z. Posner, in The Leadership Challenge.

An effective leader is constantly aware of the importance of good
communication. Although communication is a competency that can be
improved through the acquisition of certain skills, it is also a behavior that
is considerably affected by attitude. This is demonstrated when a leader
communicates that he or she cares about the people being communicated

               with.
