more years to live when he asked (2Kings 20:5-6). I will be
a living testimony of His glory. He reminded me of my
purpose to worship Him and bring people to His Kingdom.
Silly, but I also doubted if I were going to Heaven. God said
that since I believed in Jesus, Heaven is my home
(Ephesians 2:8-9). He also further asked me, “Whose voice
do you hear?” and I said, “Yours, Lord.” I had peace after.
I dreamt after that, death came for me, and I felt this terror
in my heart, thinking of spending eternity in hell. I asked
the Lord about this, to which He replied, “so that you will
know the terror in the hearts of unbelievers when they die.
So that My children will have the urgency and courage to
tell others about Me.”
God was not surprised with this cancer. He told me He’s got
me. At the onset, my church sent me flowers with a card
saying God’s got you. A friend shared her vision of me with
Jesus sitting beside me, kissing my temple, and saying, “I’ve
got your back.” Another friend gave a devotional entitled
“You’ve got this because God’s got you.”
During the first month, I was screaming in pain. I became
an invalid in a wheelchair. I had hematoma whenever I was
pricked with a needle, which was often. I was restless all
night. One night, my daughter had God’s wisdom regarding
my sleeping position and directed me to it. I had my first
good, miraculous sleep that night. I even dreamed of people
called Ancients surrounding me and repeatedly saying,
“Why don’t they know this? We all know this. They should
know this. If they don’t, they should ask.” The Lord told
me to ask Him because He knows all the answers. When I
woke up, the swollen, tender hematomas on both my hands
were miraculously gone. That’s God and His miracles!
I started this cancer journey focusing on the sickness instead
of on Jesus. When I asked God how He wanted to move
