gagged. They also loved to hold us down on the floor and fart in
our faces. They would howl while we almost suffocated! I hated
those boys! That’s how I honestly felt. They loved nothing
more than teasing their two “spoiled” little sisters. In hindsight
I think they must have held great disdain for us.
But Jimmy … Jimmy made us feel special. He made us feel
loved.
Funny though, as much as I adored my oldest brother (and
I did!), I was always afraid for him. Maybe a tiny bit afraid
of him too? It was just some vague, blurry vision that would
occasionally settle in my psyche. I couldn’t really see it or
understand it. But I could feel it. Just for a moment. And then
it would evaporate into the ether, leaving my crazy brother to
bedazzle us all yet again.
Yes, Jimmy certainly was one of a kind, that’s for sure.
