known as the tech giants. The leaders are Facebook,
Apple, Amazon, and Google (Alphabet), to name a few,
which have captured and stored the most user-generated
online global data.

Big Tech online platforms offer their services (search,
content sharing, social connections, entertainment,
and so on) for what appears to be free, but in reality, in
exchange for your data. Your information has become a
valuable commodity. Data is being used to change the
world and usher in a new era of artificial intelligence (AI)
driven business models.

Data has become the new gold, and the companies
that can deliver the best data will be the new oil kings
of the next 50 years; according to Amazon and IBM.
Some companies are in a prime position to take over this
market.
Rapid Innovation. Immediate Transformation. Results
Focus. Improved Efficiency. These are some phrases
that best describe the last thirty years of technological
advancement.

MY JOURNEY

Throughout my life and career, I have also perceived how
technology would transform our society. Allow me to
take you on a journey of what I’ve observed over time
due to technological innovation.
We used the new Commodore VIC-20 computers in my
first computer class in high school. I remember how
