SESSION 10 : Song of Songs Chapter 4:7-11
Bridegroom’s eyes, she has now reached a level of perfected beauty—
          without flaw within.
She does not view herself in this way, and as we read in verse 6, she
still sees the shadowy parts of her life—as probably most of us still do.
However, the fact that she sees no beauty in herself is indeed true
beauty. We must remind ourselves constantly that, in Father God’s
eyes, we are already the perfected Bride because of what Jesus did on
          the Cross.
Sadly, so many of God’s children are unaware of the depth of their
worth in Christ. Oh yes, we have the head knowledge regarding the
truths of God towards us, but in order for these truths to penetrate our
hearts and transform us, we need to give God more of our time. The
key to unlocking how God truly sees His Bride lies in beholding Him
and growing in knowing His loving, merciful, patient, and gentle
          nature!
The Lord never speaks harshly or unkindly to those who sincerely
desire to be His surrendered Bride, because He sees their innermost
desire to be holy and set apart for Him alone. He hears the unspoken
yearnings of hearts—to love Him as He deserves—and the truth is that
only He has the power to grant us these deep longings.
Thankfully, the Word of God tells us in Philippians 1:6 (NIV): “Being
confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it
on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
