RADICAL LOVE

The question we have to ask is: Why has she only now come to realise

where He is?

The answer lies in where her focus has been of late. She has just spent

a great deal of time seeking, pursuing, magnifying, and worshipping—
and lo and behold, revelation has been granted. Verses 2 and 3 illustrate

the end of all strivings and turmoil, as she suddenly realises that He

dwells on the inside and delights in her! She no longer seeks to find
Him outside of herself, because He is within her.

As she has matured in her faith, she has become increasingly more
sensitive to His presence within her.

Romans 10:8 (TPT) says:

“God’s living message [Jesus] is very close to you, as close as your
own heart beating in your chest and as near as the tongue in your

mouth.”

She even senses His delight as He feasts and enjoys all the spices (God-

given qualities and attributes) that He has cultivated and produced

within her by His grace, love, and power.

Notice also that it says that He feasts with those who are pure in heart.

Did you know that one of the meanings of “covenant” in Hebrew is
“to feast or banquet”? This line of Scripture could be read as saying,

“He covenants with the pure in heart.” In other words, the true
meaning of what it is to be in covenant with the God of the whole

universe is revealed to the pure in heart.
