International Association of Auto Theft Investigators
                                    Auto Theft Prevention Authorities Committee

Within the CISION platform, press release templates will give consistency to all messages being
distributed and there will be a record of everything that is prepared and distributed through the
platform. Mr. Biggar also stated that each user could have their own media contact list. There
is a team of about 50 people who constantly update contact information of 1.4 million
journalists, influencers, and other international media in the database to ensure nothing
bounces back. Reg Phillips asked about the validity of the people on the list, Daniel responded
that CISION actually contacts the journalist or influencer over the phone one-on-one to ensure
they belong on the media list, which is unlike other services. On an International basis,
approximately 1.4 million content publishers on the list. The main goal is to find the relevant
media person who will want to publish auto theft content and spread brand awareness of the
               distributing agency.

Michelle told the group about her experience with CISION in Texas with their “Watch Your Car”
month and how the CISION platform catapulted the story from a basic press release to
broadcast and was picked up by multiple media platforms. This is the vision she has for the
proposed IAATI subscription. Amanda O’Halloran from Arizona asked if this is a paid service to
obtain media reach, Michelle responded yes

Robert Force asked if Daniel could do a short demo. Michelle jumped off the call at 11:20 AM.

Daniel Biggar shared the screen and did a short demo of the CISION platform. In summary,
there were many questions post demo, the responses are as follows:
                   • Additional concurrent licenses dedicated to the user would cost $500/per year, per
                       concurrent user.
                   • These licenses would renew at the same rate, paid annually
                   • Social Media posting is not part of the basic subscription, it is part of the upgraded
                       premium subscription.
                   • Analytics and Media Monitoring are part of the premium subscription.
                   • The basic program is just that, access to the media list.
                   • Journalists and influencers and vetted prior to being added to the list.

               Cost and Package descriptions:

Daniel Biggar left the meeting at 11:38 AM

Bryan Wilson suggested we finish the conversation about CISION. Reg called for a round-robin
discussion. Below is a summary of the discussion:
