Update:
The 2020 Chicago Seminar has been rescheduled to July 30 – August 5, 2022. I want to thank the
members of the committee on this long process of getting this accomplished. The committee has worked
together in bringing up new changes that need to be made to the current Site Selection Committee SOP
and other changes that will be authored and sent to the CBL/SOP Committee for their review and
approval.
The 2021 annual training conference is scheduled for August 8 – 13, 2021 at the Omni Interlocken Resort,
Interlocken Colorado. The hotel contract was approved and signed in 2018.
I have received a preliminary interest from the Central Canadian Auto Theft Association to co-host with
WRC the 2023 annual training conference in Banff, Alberta, Canada. The committee has discussed prior
that a conference in Canada would be suffice without any proposals being submitted from any IAATI
Chapters. Once a formal proposal is received, the committee will review the proposal against any other
proposals received from any other branch/chapters within the documented rotation.
