Update:

The Sponsorship Committee has connected with Sean Templeton and Jennifer King-Sullivan of the
Colorado Auto Theft Investigators Association (CATI) and a conference call is planned for the week of July
20, 2020, to begin working on the exhibitor/sponsor prospectus for the 2021 IAATI Seminar in Denver,
Colorado. Jennifer is the on-site coordinator for the conference and will be the primary contact for the
IAATI Sponsorship Committee.

In preparation for the 2021 IAATI Seminar, the Public Information Committee has been researching
potential tradeshow management software vendors that may be able to help professionalize and
streamline vendor and sponsor registration. Suggested software thus far has been:

• Eventbrite
• Fonteva
• Doubleknot
• ExpoGenie
• EventRebel
• HelloSponsor
• EventGeek
• Bizzabo
• Evalato

None of these programs have been fully vetted, and as with all software purchases, cost is a consideration
and may prevent moving forward. However, because making vendor and sponsor registration a more
professional experience for companies and organizations may increase revenue, the Sponsorship
Committee will continue to research these possibilities. We will also include CATI in our research, findings,
and discussions.

Sponsorship Committee members have also been active in researching and suggesting potential seminar
sponsors/vendors, and our list of contacts has grown to 785. We will be sending a “Save the Date” letter to
these contacts no later than August 15, 2020. The current list can be found via the following link.
