A 37yrs old patient is 25 weeks gestation; she is at her doctor's office

for a check-up. Below is the patient's history. Her weight before

pregnancy was 80 kg., Her family History: Patient's aunt has

gestational diabetes. Patient's latest baby weighed 4.5 Kg at birth

Ht:54, BP: 140/90mmhg, HR: 65bt mint., Smoker

Oral Glucose Tolerance Test Results:

Overnight fast: 110 mg/dl

1 Hour after: 170 mg/dl

2 Hours after: 165 mg/dl

3 Hours after: 130 mg/dl
