                   Cause of uterine prolapse:


                   I) Primary Causes:



                   a) Weakness of the cervical ligaments.


                   1) Congenital weakness


                   2) Obstetric trauma. it is the commonest cause of prolapse.


                   3) Postmenopausal atrophy



                   4) Injury of the pelvic floor
