Ingredients:

1 lb ground pork sausage
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 tsp oregano
1 loaf party rye bread

Brown sausage, beef, and oregano, skillet. Drain
and add cheese and melt with meats. Spoon on slices
of rye bread. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. When
ready to serve place in 350°F oven and cook till mixture
is warm and cheese is melted.

Hazel's Deluxe Potatoe Salad

Ingredients:

¾ cup salad dressing
4 cups diced cooked potatoes
1 cup chopped celery
¼ cup finely chopped onion
¼ cup chopped sweet pickles
2 Tbsp pickle juice
2 boiled eggs, chopped
2 Tbsp chopped pimento

Lightly toss to blend all. Refrigerate.
