Glazed Carrots

                                    Ingredients:

                                    5 cups thinly sliced carrots
                                    Cook 5-8 minutes in water until crisp tender. Drain.

                                    Mix:
                                    2 Tbsp brown sugar
                                    1 tsp dry mustard
                                    ¼ tsp salt
                                    ¼ tsp hot sauce (Tabasco)
                                    1½ Tbsp margarine

                                    Cover over medium heat. Stirring constantly until
                                    margarine melts. Toss with carrots. Can use 2 cans
                                    carrots drained, but better with fresh carrots.

                                               Grandma Gatlin's Noodles

                                    Ingredients:

                                    1 pkg egg noodles, prepared according to directions
                                    on package. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup and
                                    1 stick butter.

                                    Mix well and serve.
