Chocolate Coconut Pie

                                    Ingredients:

                                    4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
                                    ¼ cup butter or margarine
                                    1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
                                    1⅓ cup shredded coconut
                                    3 eggs, slightly beaten
                                    ½ cup sugar
                                    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

                                    Directions:
                                    Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low
                                    heat. Add milk, coconut, eggs, and sugar and stir
                                    until blended. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400°F for
                                    30 minutes. Cool. Serve with prepared whipped
                                    topping or ice cream, if desiredStore any leftover
                                    pie in the refrigerator.
