Chocolate Pie

                                    Ingredients:

                                    4 egg yolks
                                    2 cups sugar
                                    2 cups water
                                    2 Tbsp flour
                                    Pinch of salt
                                    6 Tbsp cocoa
                                    1 tsp vanilla

                                    Mix together and bake in unbaked crust. Put
                                    meringue on top. Makes 2 pies.

                                         Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Cake

                                    Ingredients:

                                    Devil's food cake mix with pudding
                                    1 can whipped chocolate frosting
                                    frozen unsweetened strawberries, raspberries, or
                                    cherries
                                    glaze – 1 bag optional
                                    chocolate syrup to drizzle
                                    pecans or walnuts or almonds


                                    Preparation:
                                    Bake cake in a Bundt pan. Frost cake. Mix berries
                                    with glaze. Fill center of cake. Sprinkle nuts on top
                                    of cake. Drizzle with syrup.
