Coconut Chocolate Chews

                                    Ingredients:

                                    1 Duncan Hines Coconut Cake Mix
                                    ⅓ cup water
                                    ¼ cup (½ stick) butter, melted
                                    1 large egg
                                    1 cup shredded coconut
                                    1 cup milk chocolate chips
                                    1 cup sliced almonds

                                    Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium size bowl, blend
                                    together cake mix, water, butter, and egg until
                                    creamy. Stir in coconut and almonds. Drop dough by
                                    rounded teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet.
                                    Bake 11-13 minutes or until cookies start to turn
                                    light brown. Cool on baking sheet 1 minute before
                                    removing to cooling rack. Cool completely. Place
                                    chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl. Microwave
                                    on high for 1 minute, stir. If necessary, microwave in
                                    10 second intervals to melt completely; stirring
                                    after each interval. Drizzle chocolate over top of
                                    cookies.
