Fat-Free Jell-O 10-Minute Fruit Wrap

Ingredients:
1½ cups boiling water
1 (8 oz) pkg or 2 (4 oz) pkgs JELL-O Orange Flavor
Sugar-Free Gelatin
Ice cubes
1 cup cold orange juice
1 (11 oz) can mandarin orange segments, drained
STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least
2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add enough
ice cubes to orange juice to measure 2 cups. Add to
gelatin; stir until ice is partially melted. Place in
blender container; cover. Blend on medium speed 30
seconds. SPOON orange segments evenly into 10
dessert glasses or large glass serving bowl.
Gradually pour gelatin mixture over fruit.
REFRIGERATE 45 minutes or until set. (As gelatin
sets, a frothy layer forms on top with a clear layer
on the bottom.)
Substitute: Prepare as directed, using your favorite
flavor JELL-O Sugar-Free Gelatin and 1 cup fresh
fruit, such as raspberries, blueberries or sliced
strawberries, or your favorite drained canned fruit.
Special Extra: Serve topped with thawed Cool Whip
Free Whipped Topping.
This low calorie, fat-free dessert is sure to become
a new family favorite. The combination of orange
juice and mandarin oranges provides a rich source
of vitamin C.
