Kim's Light Biscuit Mix

                                    Ingredients:

                                    •3 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
                                    •½ cup whole wheat flour
                                    •⅓ cup low-calorie granulated sugar
                                    •1 cup nonfat, dry milk powder
                                    •½ cup cornstarch
                                    •1½ Tbsp baking powder
                                    •1 tsp baking soda
                                    •1½ tsp salt

                                    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk
                                    them until they are completely combined. Store in a
                                    sealed container for up to 6 months. When ready to
                                    bake, use water, fat-free buttermilk or nonfat milk
                                    to moisten until desired consistency.

                                    This recipe can be doubled and is easy to store in a
                                    resealable bag or container.
