Fibre One Cookie

Ingredients:

⅔ cup General Mills Fiber One cereal
¼ cup water or enough to cover cereal
1 serving spray butter
1 Tbsp sucralose
1 tsp packed brown sugar

Instructions:
1. Put cereal in cereal bowl.
2. Cover cereal with water.
3. Dump out the water leaving only wet cereal in
bowl.
4. Put cereal bowl into microwave on high for 1½ to
2 minutes.
5. Spray butter on cereal.
6. Sprinkle brown sugar and sucralose on cereal.
7. When cool enough to hold in your hands, eat as
you would a soft cookie (it should slide out of the
bowl easily).
