FACILITATED NETWORKING SESSION
Crowne Plaza Hotel Palace Ballroom located on the 2nd Floor
It’s time for everyone to come together and do what LHAT does best: share best
practices from around the nation. During COVID, the LHAT Happy Hours were a
MORNING and answer questions. We’ll begin as one group and then divide into three groups
way to stay connected and hear what others were doing to remain relevant in
their communities. In this live version, LHAT’s Board of Directors will lead discussions
(Large Venues, Smaller Venues, Film Houses) and take a deep dive into any topic you
desire. Share things you have learned during the week in Cleveland or ask questions
about topics that didn’t get covered. This is your chance before returning home to
make those important connections that will help you stay in touch after we have left
Cleveland. It’s too early in the morning for a Happy Hour, but this will be fun too.
9:30AM-10:30AM
NETWORKING BREAKOUTS
We will divide into three rooms with LHAT Board Members to facilitate each group for
a lively, anything goes conversation. Pick your poison:
1. FILM HOUSES
2. SMALLER THEATRES (less than 750 seats)
AFTERNOON 1:00PM
3. LARGER THEATRES (more than 750 seats)
10:45AM-12:45PM
THEATRE TOURS - Gordon Square District
JUMP ON THE BUSES
