Building and Grounds

FAC Updates
• Working with Pepper Construction regarding closeout of summer projects punch list items – on
going
• Renaissance completed the installation of the additional visual devices. Arranging for the
interfacing between Renaissance and Access control for the lock down procedure.
• Renaissance completed the deficiency list for call buttons for the PA system. Still waiting on
additional clocks.
• Pepper Construction scheduled FE Moran to repair the a/c unit for the culinary kitchen. In
addition, FE Moran will be installing ambient control so that the unit can operate in low
temperature conditions.
• Locker Painting project for the lower level freshman wing started Friday November 20,2020,
this is ongoing project
• Staff is in progress with painting hallways, class room touch-up, lighting repairs

Stem Updates

• Met with Precision Controls reviewed assessment for equipment and controls
• Renaissance completed the installation of the additional visual devices. Arranging interfacing
with Renaissance and Access control
• Renaissance completed the deficiency list for call buttons and waiting on new clocks
• Met with STR, CS2 and Pepper Construction to review uninvents throughout the facility

Transition House

• Construction has started as of Friday December 20, Plumbing rough – it was completed
Tuesday December 22, 2020, demo in progress
• RFQ for security, cameras and access took place on Monday December 15, 2020.

General updates

• ROE inspection took place on Wednesday, December 16, 2020. All FY20 Health/Life Safety
violations have been addressed. We have addressed several of the of the items on the
inspection list already during the inspection. There are a few items left to address and will be
completed before the deadline.
• STEM – during Christmas break the staff will be installing 14 new white boards, uninvent
repairs, replacing Hot water tank at Administration building, replaced heater in garage, painted
bathrooms in garage, replaced air compressor in garage, classroom painting continuing and
waxing floors by door 5 and the main entrance.
• FAC – during the Christmas break the staff will continue to painting and Pm work on HVAC
equipment.
