floors. We are still working towards a March opening.
Attended and represented the District at the SPEED District Representative meeting.
Continued working with Laserfiche to develop a paperless filing system for special education records

Attended high level IEP meetings for students in the district to support positive outcomes and focus on
students and their needs.
Facilitated the purchase of several furniture items for the transition property.
In combination with the campus team, administer the Dynamic Learning Map state assessment to our

11 and 12 grade young adults who take the alternative state assessment.
Completed action steps for the December child count in iSTAR. We decrease our student count by
nine students for the 2021-2022 school year. We will continue to ensure that we have all students
reflected in our child count
English Language Learner (ELL)
Planned the Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee for April.
In collaboration with the ELL team, administered the ACCESS test for over 90% of our ELL students.
Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
Worked with campus teams on identifying intervention plans for students through the identify and
intervene tool.
Climate and Culture
In collaboration with work groups and STAR Academy continued administration administered of the
Pulse SEL screener to students in STAR Academy. This screener will provide information about how
student may need to be support regarding their social-emotional status.
Set up training for the star teachers and administrators to review the SEL data from the Pulse SeEL
screener.
Working with Truancy Team, Identified students that have met their target goal and improve their
truancy by at least 20% over the last month. The students will receive an incentive to demonstrate their
accomplishments.
Worked with campus administration to have staff members to complete their crisis prevention train the
trainer certifications. We also worked with CPI to ensure that we proactively plan for supports for
teachers as we return to learn.
