Dear Mr. Maunder Taylor,
Normally around this 6me we would be issuing the June Quarterly Demands but when Mrs Hillgarth progressed her RTM in June 2013 we were sternly advised by her Solicitors to cease any normal procedures, expenditure, s.20 No6ces etc and as such we would request of you and the Tribunal if indeed we should do same given the upcoming hearing on 26 and 27 June. Obviously if you win the day, any Quarterly Demands will no doubt differ from that we would be issuing and lessees would be understandably expec6ng some explana6on as to differing amounts demanded.
Do please advise your preference; we issue as normally or desist un6l the outcome of the hearing. Either of which is acceptable to ourselves.
