Before Works Start
RAMs must be submitted to the CTS H & S team where possible 2 weeks prior to the works commencing on site as per our standard
requirements.
RAMs must adequately cover COVID-19 and how the works on site are going to adhere to the 2m Social Distancing requirements.
Non-essential visitors will not be permitted on any CTS site. Anyone not working on site as part of the operational workforce, who feels they have
a valid reason for visiting site must obtain prior permission from the relevant CTS Management team member prior to them attending.
Site meetings will be kept to a minimum with only the essential attendees present. Video conferencing will be used as an alternative with a
member of the site team available to show footage of areas of site during meetings.
All trades must adhere to the programme of works. You will not be allowed access to site outside of the dates and timings set out within the
programme, unless you have received prior permission from the CTS Site Management Team.
A Social Distancing and Safe Working document will be available for all parties involved. This document aims to cover all the site specific
information and illustrate how we are going to work.
Each Site Management Team will determine most suitable methods for maintaining the 2m Rule on site above what is detailed on the Social
Distancing and Safe Working document.
