Disciplinary Procedure

A carding system is to be implemented which to assist in maintaining the 2m Rule requirements, this will be enforced by CTS Management teams.

The CTS Site Management Team Comprises of the CTS Operations Manager, Project Manager, Site Manager/s and the H & S Team.

Any person on site who is found to be purposefully disregarding the 2m rule, abusing the facilities, or disregarding any site-specific rules or
requirements relating to COVID-19 will be issued with a yellow card.

A red card will be given to anyone who is caught stealing any soap, hand sanitiser or paper towels etc putting the rest of the site team at risk.

Any one person who has received two yellow cards will be asked to leave site if they are found to be breaching it a third time.

Red and Yellow cards are to be issued at the discretion of CTS Management, who will also have the authority to issue a red card and ask the
offender to leave site immediately for any health and safety violation which they deem is of a serious nature.
