Facebook WiFi
Facebook WiFi is another aspect of Facebook that is flying a little under the radar and could
very well be one of the most powerful aspects of Facebook marketing. Imagine having your
practice name in front of hundreds of potential customers everyday at no cost. By setting up
your practice as a Facebook WiFi hotspot, when your patients log in to use you free WiFi, they
automatically are checked in as being at your practice. There is a technical aspect to this that
requires a compatible router and probably someone a little techy to set up the settings but well,
well, worth it.
Instagram
Instagram is exclusively a social photo sharing app and continues to be one of the fastest
growing platforms. Doesn’t surprise me, remember what I said about the power of the visual!
It continues to develop in a similar fashion to Facebook making it now useful to business
owners. Having an additional platform to get involved in and support is not something I like but
in this case, it is probably justified. I would get a custom Instagram frame made for the
practice. I found a variety of Etsy.
