with a settlement statement the day before closing and or the morning of
closing generally. You’ll want to double check all charges and fees and
compare those against the estimate of net your agent provide you with at
the time of listing if you listed with a good agent. You’ll have the
opportunity to either have your proceedswired to you after closing OR have
a check written to you. There may be a wire service fee however ofroughly
$25-$50
