E.  Complaints Procedure:

                    General       MAD Club follows BRiLL FRC overall Complaints Policy. There are two types of
                    Information   complaints which will be explored below. Please note that all complaint
                                  information will be handled sensitively. This means that only those who need to
                                  know, or who are directly involved with said incident. This is in line with all
                                  relevant data protection requirements.
                    Informal      We at MAD Club in line with BRiLL FRC encourage that the informal complaint is
                    Complaints:   first raised with the individual concerned in seek of a resolution. An informal
                                  Complaint is when a service user and or Parent/Guardian is dissatisfied with an
                                  experience concerning an Adult Member Volunteer and/ or Staff.  The
                                  Coordinator will be informed of the complaint and will liaise with parties
                                  involved to record said enquiry where they will sign and date said complaint.
                    Formal        A Formal Complaint is made where the incident at hand is not resolved internally
                    Complaint:    within MAD Club and the enquiry needs to be brought forward to the attention
                                  of a line manager/ Board Member of BRiLL FRC. You can get the relevant details
                                  upon request.
