NYAA ADVISORY BOARD


            After the Singapore General Election in 2020, the following Advisory Board Members changed their portfolio:

            •  Dr  Mohamad  Maliki  Osman was  appointed
            Minister, Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for
            Education and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs.
            •  Dr  Janil  Puthucheary was appointed Senior
            Minister of State for Health and Communications and
            Information.
            •  Mr Desmond Tan was appointed Minister of State
            for  Sustainability  and  the  Environment  and  Home
            Affairs
            •  Mr  Baey Yam Keng was appointed Senior
            Parliamentary Secretary for Transport.

            •  Ms Tin Pei Ling, Chief executive Officer, Business   Ms Janet Ang, former Chief Executive Officer of IBM
            China  and  member  of  Parliament  for  MacPherson   Asia  Pacific  and  a  Member  of  the  NYAA  Advisory
            SMC,  was  appointed  Chairperson,  Government    Board, has been appointed by the President of the
            Parliamentary  Committee  for  Communications  and   Republic  of  Singapore,  Mdm  Halimah  Yacob,  as
            Information.                                      Singapore’s  Non-Resident  Ambassador  to  the  Holy
                                                              See, The City-State of Vatican.
            •   Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang, Founder of ACRES (Animals
            Concern Research and Education Society), Member
            of  Parliament  for  Nee  Soon  GRC,  was  appointed
            Chairman, Government Parliamentary Committee for
            Sustainability and the Environment.



            NYAA  congratulates  all  members  of  the  NYAA
            Advisory Board on their new appointments.






                                                              Mr Terence Donald O’Connor, Chief Executive Officer
                                                              of  Courts,  joined  PT  Matahari  Department  Store,
                                                              Indonesia, and relocated to Indonesia.
















            Mr  Ameerali  Jumabhoy,  94,  Chairman  of  AR
            Jumabhoy Foundation, passed away on 24 November
            2020.  NYAA  conveyed  our  deepest  sympathy  and
            condolences  to  the  family  of  the  late  Mr  Ameerali
            Jumaboy.
