Conclusion

In conclusion, implementing the recommended eco-friendly solution at Knots Café significantly reduces food waste and
            carbon emissions.

The collaborative effort between Knots Café and the ESI team to repurpose meat offcuts for alternative use highlights the
potential of SME businesses to effect positive change. The success of this initiative was made possible through the dedication
and cooperation of all stakeholders involved. Local charities were vital in distributing the donated protein to beneficiaries,
            further amplifying the project’s impact.
This project highlights the pivotal role of SMEs in fostering a more sustainable future. By embracing circular economy
principles and collaborative partnerships, SMEs can catalyse positive social and environmental change. We hope this project
inspires other SMEs to contribute to a more sustainable world. Looking ahead, we encourage XpressFlower to continue
exploring opportunities for waste reduction and repurposing at Knots Café by forging partnerships with local charities. By
doing so, they can reinforce their commitment to sustainability and drive further positive change within the community.
