Project Description: Warrenstreet has provided design and engineering from permitting to full contract
documents and construction administration for multiple renovations, alterations and fitups within the
Monadnock Hospital Campus located in Peterborough and surrounding satellite locations.
Construction Budget: to $5M
Schedule: Have continuously worked within the hospital since 1995 completing more than 50 projects.

Project Description: Warrenstreet provide the design and facilitated the fundraising for a winter
shelter building located on N. Main St in Concord in 2018 and subsequently is involved with the
conversion of a small office building into four units of permanent housing for the chronically homeless.
Construction started in May 2020. Occupancy is expected late fall 2020.
Construction Budget: $600,000
Schedule: Under construction with Occupancy by December 2020.
