Warrenstreet was retained to provide full architectural design services for Project Costs
Harriman Hill. A 35 acre, 24-unit development of affordable workforce housing Phase 1: $3.8M
in a rental community located in the beauful Lakes Region of Wolfeboro, New Phase 2: $3.2M
Hampshire. The project inially consisted of six, 4-unit apartment buildings
in the first phase of construcon with six addional buildings added in the Project Team
second phase and independent residenal housing units proposed for a future Architect / Warrenstreet
ancipated phase 3. Each unit provides for an open floor plan within this rural Civil / Nobis Engineering
urban seng located just minutes from downtown Wolfeboro. Harriman Hill Structural / TFMoran
features many sustainable design elements including solar panels, natural gas- Mechanical / Petersen Engineering
fired hot water boiler and individual recovery venlators installed in each unit. Electrical / Lee Carroll
