Provided full architectural design services from conceptual design through Owner
construcon administraon for a fully handicap accessible, 39,000 SF, 41-unit CATCH Neighborhood Housing
housing development for residents 55 and older. Complex features include
one and two bedroom apartments, a resident lounge, emergency call system, Reference
community room and garden, incorporated to promote a sense of security and Rosemary Heard, President
belonging. Constructed to Energy Star and LEED For Homes Standards resulng 603.225.8835

in a healthier and more energy efficient environment for residents, the project
received LEED Silver Cerficaon. Material and color selecon of interior and Comple on Date
exterior elements played a key component in the design process with a goal of 2008
inslling a stronger sense of home among residents. Warrenstreet worked in
close conjuncon with the Client to meet their needs while remaining within Project Size
budget and producing another quality focused construcon project for the 39,000 SF
community.
