            Warrenstreet  provided  final  design  and  construc!on  administra!on  services
            for a 32-unit housing project built on a former mill/warehouse site along the   Owner

            clapboard style building nego!ated the 30-foot slope from the public road to

            the river’s edge providing an aesthe!cally pleasing facade facing the city center   Comple on Date

            street.    This  project  followed  responsible  water  management  prac!ces  in

            providing a riparian buffer zone along the river’s edge to protect the river and   Project Size

            lot  situated  below  to  treat  storm  water  runoff.    The  helped  in  this  effort  by



            gran!ng a condi!onal use permit to allow for a lower parking density on the site   Project Cost
