3 | Representative Project Experience

                With a solid 30‐year history providing architectural planning and design services for a multitude of clients
                and project types including local housing authorities, private developers, and commercial investors, our
                project experience is extensive and diverse. We have successfully proved our ability to manage large
                scope projects with budgets nearing $50M on more than one occasion. Warrenstreet has assisted many
                organizations like MHRA that provide affordable and much needed housing and associated services that
                accompany these communities.  We have worked with many non‐for‐profit housing developers across
                the state.  We have a robust history and knowledge of working with NH Housing Finance Authority, CDFA
                tax credits and CDBG funding; the NH Division Historical Resources and the National Park Service for
                historic renovations; as well as with public and private banking entities.  As requested, we would like to
                offer the following (5) five representative housing projects that we feel best demonstrates the range
                of services we have provided.  Each of these projects were managed directly by the Principals of this
                firm supported in collaboration by a great staff.
