Mr. Bowles is a professional engineer who obtained
a bachelor's and master's degree in mechanical
engineering from the University of New Brunswick,
with specialization in non-destructive testing which
lead to the founding of Inversa Systems Ltd. He is
the President and CEO of Inversa Systems,
President of Eastern Trenchless, Board member of
EM&I, former Board member of the Canadian
Chamber of Commerce and former Director of
Competition Climbing Canada, as well as director
and advisor to numerous tech startups and active
volunteer.

Keith is the President & CEO of Historica and has
been very instrumental in the revitalization of
Uptown Saint John. Historica is known to offer
some of the highest quality residential, retail and
office spaces in New Brunswick. They also offer
fully furnished suites under the Historica Suites
brand. Over the past ten years, Historica has
acquired over 20 buildings totaling more than half a
million square feet. They continue to grow
exponentially.
