Tammy is the Executive Director of Food and
Beverage Atlantic, an association servicing the
needs of food and beverage processing companies in
Atlantic Canada. She is responsible to exceed the
expectations of over 200 leading food and beverage
firms in addition to overseeing many events that
service the education and business development
needs of the members. Tammy has brought her
passion for Atlantic Canada food and beverage
products to her many roles including creating new
festivals, developing a successful local bus tour,
working as a restaurant manager and obtaining a
coveted sommelier designation. As well Tammy

experienced a successful tenure as Executive
SEP12 Director of the Shediac Lobster Festival. She is also
Executive Director
on the board of Food and Beverage Canada giving
Food and Beverage Atlantic Atlantic Canada a strong voice at national level.

Chantal is a builder of people and businesses. An
interest in the psychology behind human interaction
brought her to St. Mary’s University from Bermuda.
She is a believer in experiential learning, a
proponent for mentorship, and an active advocate
for women. In 2018, she formed En Point, with the
mission to support one million young adults in
building careers where they connect their passion to
a career. En Point has helped over 10000 people
advance their careers through mentorship, skill, and
confidence building.
