Utility Management Services, Inc. Reduces Utility Expenses for

            Greenhouse Condominium

     $117,000 in Previously Missed Savings

Kathryn Hutchison, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is a long-time
customer of Utility Management Services Inc. (UMS) and has
previously worked with UMS through her managerial positions at
Park Place Condominium and The Byron Condominium. Kathryn
recently took on a new role as General Manager at Greenhouse
Condominium - a 16 - story high-rise complex with over 287 units.

In addition to identifying savings, UMS provided documentation
to Kathryn detailing usage changes to reflect the efficiency updates
she had made with their equipment to present to the board. UMS
