Each year during Black History Month, the
Franklin County Treasurer’s Office honors two
individuals for their contributions to the
community.
The 2021 Lisa Evans Legacy Award goes to
The Honorable Ray Miller for his decades of
leadership on behalf of the citizens of Franklin
County.
The 2021 Steve McClure Service Award goes
to The Honorable Charleta B. Tavares for her
work to improve the health and economic
well-being of all.
