Our Annual Walk-A-Thon
April 29, 2021
We were so happy to be able to have our Walk-A-Thon on Thursday, April 29th. The SPARTAN
SPIRIT was not dampened at all amid the few rain drops. Students had a fantastic day walking on the
Donovan Catholic High School track. Mrs. JoAnn D'Anton was our DJ and announcer. She kept us rocking
and rolling all day.
We are so grateful to all who donated to this yearly fundraiser for this great school. The Walk-A- Thon
has been happening for years and was begun by Sister Juliana Naulty, a past principal of SJGS. Sister
Juliana loved SJGS and continued to organize our fundraiser for years after her retirement. We hold her very
specially in our hearts. I know she would be proud to see we raised $16,015 this year. WOW....thanks to all
for your generosity. This amount will help to support our annual
budget for this current school
year.
